I've had the pleasure of shopping at Hart am Rad several times and had positive experiences. The shop itself is relatively small and the product range manageable, but you can still find what you need. The service is excellent: whether it's short-notice appointments, purchasing advice, or repairs, you can tell that passionate professionals are at work here.

An extremely professional service with very courteous and friendly staff. While I waited for my bike to be finished, I was even offered a coffee. The prices are extremely fair, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop to everyone. I was even lucky enough to have my bike accepted without an appointment.

Lying to a client or incompetence? I asked to bleed hydraulic rear brake Clarks Clout 1, to which I received the answer that the workshop does not work with such brakes and that I need to go to a certified Cube center (frame of my bike is Cube brand). This is a complete nonsense, my type of brakes are ordinary budget class and what does the Cube service center have to do with it? What is the connection here at all. Afterall I bought a standard brake bleeding kit on Amazon for 15 euros and did everything myself in 2 hours. From what I conclude that I was simply lied to, because they did not want to take a new client or incompetent to such an extent that they can not bleed the standard simple hydraulics brakes, what can be done by a non-professional at home.

Top bike shop with a carefully selected range of bikes, top quality, and competent and friendly service! They even managed a last-minute repair – not something you can take for granted! I'll definitely be back!

Very nice personel, dedicated service, thinking out of the box. sadly I'm not yet a fluent German speaker, but that's not w problem since here everyone speaks very good English (and even some Polish!). highly recommended, my go-to place with bike issues
