The zipper on my Jako winter jacket was broken. During the warranty claim process, it turned out the jacket was from a different shop. I had it repaired anyway. I'm extremely satisfied and very grateful that it was handled so easily. Here, customer service isn't just talked about, it's truly practiced. Keep up the good work!!!
