Absolutely fantastic! I live south of Munich, but I'm so impressed that I drive out to see these guys for every service or request. They're friendly, easy to deal with, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bike5 to everyone. And you can always take a short ride to Andechs to test out the bike ;)

I went there on very short notice during the pre-Christmas period because the gears on my Canyon bike needed adjusting. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. He did mention that during peak season I'd naturally have to wait in line with a bike from an online retailer, but that's understandable. Overall, everyone was friendly and competent.

I can highly recommend Bike 5; I'm extremely satisfied with the honest advice and the competent staff. You can tell they don't just want to sell a bike, but also want to build customer loyalty, which I think is great. I'm very happy with the bike and will also have it serviced there, as it's easily accessible by car.

Great service, great advice, and very friendly staff. We always enjoy bringing our bikes in to have them made ready for summer. And the advice and price/quality for a new purchase are great.

I was dissatisfied with the competence of the repair shop every time I visited. The customer service was unfriendly, and my requests were met with inconsiderateness and a lack of understanding. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this bike shop and will be using a different repair shop in the future.

I recently bought a new bike from Bike5 and I have to say I'm more than satisfied. The team is very competent and friendly; you simply feel well taken care of. They took a lot of time to find a bike that met my needs and suited me perfectly. The great thing is that the customer is still valued there and they really listen to their needs. Keep up the good work, dear Bike5 team! I'll definitely be back :)

A real bike shop, not just another e-bike station. They have top-of-the-line bikes in stock, and their other selection is also excellent. The staff are knowledgeable, and the mechanic is a real mountain biker and very knowledgeable. Tell them what you need, and they'll provide you with a great product. Thumbs up!
