A small sports shop with a great selection and even better service. We visited Beatrice and received personalized and patient advice on ski equipment, even though the shop was packed. We've also bought ice skates and athletic wear there and have always received excellent service and advice. With their customer card, they regularly offer discounts, and I would always choose their expert advice over buying online.

We went to Intersport Haindl in Gilching today to buy ski boots and other ski equipment. Beatrice gave us excellent advice; she took plenty of time for us, was very friendly, and addressed all our needs. I would gladly shop with her again anytime. Thank you!

I had a problem with my new ski boots (not bought at Haindl!!): the boot tongues were causing painful pressure points on my ankles. I called Intersport Haindl and explained the problem. The friendly employee asked me to come in. When I arrived at the store, shoe specialist Matthias took care of me and solved the problem within 20 minutes. What fantastic service! That's what I call true customer service, and Sport Haindl has gained another regular customer.

A huge compliment to such a competent, empathetic, patient, and extremely polite employee… we met Matthias Schmidt on Saturday intending to buy a new pair of ski boots and received excellent advice. I went home very satisfied with perfectly fitting ski boots, custom insoles, ski socks, a ski helmet, ski goggles, and new gloves, and I'm already looking forward to skiing. Thank you so much for the great service. We'll gladly come back.

Excellent service! We brought our ice skates in for sharpening, and it was done the same day. When we picked them up, we also needed a ski helmet for our child and received excellent advice. This is the second time I've bought shoes (Asics Nimbus 27) from "Stefan" at this store. My old "Asics GT-1000 11" shoes were simply worn out (after almost 1500 runs). The store itself is already very good, but "Stefan" is such a great salesman and person, and I would buy from him or this store again anytime. Thanks to this store, I've been able to increase my enthusiasm for running even further and have already lost 60 kg. None of this would have worked so well without the fantastic advice and help with the most important running gear! Excellent advice, staff, merchandise, and a great store. I'm already looking forward to spring when the new Asics collection comes out. Then I'll be back and will take advantage of and enjoy the professional and pleasant advice.
