Franz's expertise is incredible. If you value professional competence and quality, you have to go to Gilching. Ambitious and passionate skiers are in the right place here. I've had all my skis serviced, bought and fitted ski boots, bought underwear, ski boot warmers, and much more. Truly top-notch! If there were 10 stars, I'd give them all. Keep it up!

After my skis were sharpened to the wrong edge angle during a ski service at the Wilder Kaiser, 0.25° on the base side, the skis were no longer skiable for my ability. SF Sport-Skiservice "saved" my skis; I've never had such great edges! The skis are easy to turn again, and it's great fun on the slopes again! Thank you! In the future, I will only take my skis to SF Sport-Skiservice for service.

Refused to provide services, twice. I had a damaged ski (delamination). They refused to try to repair it. I asked them to install bindings on my new skis, from my damaged skis. They refused to install bindings.

I went there to have my hard boots fitted. The owner arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and gave me a friendly welcome. The following work was done: - Footbed impression taken - Insole fitted - Inner boot heat-molded - Hard shell slightly widened The fitting took about 1.5 hours in total. The advice regarding the boot fitting was more than perfect; this person clearly knows their craft. ;-) My friend also received advice on a new pair of boots; the owner really knows his stuff! This shop is absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! Anyone looking for advice on skis will be in excellent hands there.
