Excellent service. Although one issue couldn't be resolved and they kindly referred me to an authorized dealership, the other problem was solved immediately. I'd gladly use their services again.

I've been a customer here for several years and have now bought my second e-bike there. Whenever I have a problem, no matter how small, Stefan and Thomas are there and find a solution. Pragmatic, friendly, and quick. It couldn't be better.

We were looking for help with our stroller's flat tire and found it here. Not only were the staff very competent, but they were also extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you again for your help. And the selection of toys and children's items is fantastic, by the way. My daughter almost always finds something she likes ;-)

Super friendly, always helpful, and they have a huge selection of toys. The birthday baskets are great and very popular in the area. I also think the points program is fantastic. We love going there. :)

A small toy shop with a small bicycle shop attached. It's not a chain, and you can tell by the staff. They really take care of their customers. We've never been disappointed. Highly recommended. It's great that places like this still exist in the age of Amazon.
