Excellent attention and service! I went there with the aim of getting a new bike. One of the colleagues took my case, found and recommended a model based on my needs, and we went through the whole measuring and reservation process. The bike was ready for pick up within the estimated time. Then I went there to pick it up, and they took care of adjusting the bike to my body proportions and needs. There ws transparency and good communication throughout the whole process. I recommend avoiding rush hour to minimize waiting times. 100% recommended!

Visited Friday as they had a bike I was interested in. Bike wasn't built but they did it while I waited. Great reception from Julian & "the new guy" (sorry I didn't get your name). In the end I didn't get the bike as I needed a larger size, confirmed by being measured up in store, very professional, but super service all round.

PROS: Bought online a Cube Stereo One55 C:62 SLX 29" MTB at a very good price. While the order was being processed I found a cheaper price for the bike, and Rabe honoured their price guarantee and refunded me the 200 euro difference, and very quickly. The bike was quickly delivered and well packaged. CONS: Replying to the order confirmation email bounces back, because they appear to be filtering on the subject line content. Very annoying. So I submit my price guarantee request via their online contact form, but that keeps failing, because it appears to have an issue with attachments. So without attaching any pictures I'm finally able to submit my request. The bottle holder screws were missing. Rabe sends me 4 black bolts. 2 of these work for the top bar bottle holder, but the other 2 are too short for the diagonal frame bottle holder, which also requires nuts, which were not sent. I contacted them again about this, and after two weeks now, have had no response. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, that if this was a more critical component of the bike, that they would respond more appropriately. Still very annoying to have to hunt around for bolts and nuts after buying a bike.

All managers are very polite. But i could not receive my order for 1,5 month. I could not contact by telephone, email with shop. My order have not reached me. I proceed with another company and the same Rabe bike brand. Customer experience in a very low level.

Worst experience ever! I bought a bike online, I spoke with Customer Service representatives the next day and everything was OK. After few days they announce me that: "We are really sorry to inform you that your ordered bike has been sold directly in store due to a technical default in our inventory managment system. The mistake is ours and we would haved preferred that it won´t have occured." Not recommended at all!

I bought a bike from Rabe Bike online. (Cube Stereo). The derailleur broke without reason in a flat track and at a slow speed. Customer service doesn't work for this and I have to pay 30€ because the manufacturer-check had conclude it's caused by an external force (I didn't touch anything on my ride). Also, I am lucky when I received the bike few months ago I checked all screws because a lot of them wasn't correcty fixed... that would have given more trouble. Well, I recommend to buy your bike directly on your local shop.

Large shop with a good selection and good stock. Unfortunately the atmosphere is a bit odd and the staff isn't particularly friendly. Last time they made out that I hadn't understood tyre size notation when buying a new one, even though I used the correct and unique identifier for the tyre I needed. Tyres are ca. 50% more expensive than on the internet.
