I also had a defective Bosch Powerpack 500 battery. It's outrageous that Bosch doesn't offer repairs for their own batteries these days and doesn't even sell spare parts like the BMS board. Luckily, I came across the "Ebike Workshop" during my online research. After initial contact via email and then by phone, the staff immediately made a very honest impression. I sent in my battery with the defective BMS, and it was repaired and returned within two weeks. At just under €260, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but still better than having to buy a replacement battery for over €600. Thanks again for the repair, and best of luck!

I sought personal contact and found a professional, competent, and honest team. My defective battery (BMS) was repaired and is working perfectly again. It couldn't be better. I can recommend this company 100%.

I have to say, Ebike Workshop is the most reliable shop I've ever seen. With his highly qualified expertise, he took care of my e-bike battery quickly, easily, and affordably. Impressive across the board. Our battery was defective, and they repaired it at a great price. They only replaced what was necessary, and it was much cheaper than the competition. I'll be back if I have another problem. The repair only took a week! Great work. Keep up the good work.

First of all, thank you so much for the great work and excellent service. The cells in my BionX 48V battery were faulty, resulting in a range of less than 15km. There was also something loose inside the battery, causing the bike to cut out while riding. Mr. Lang replaced the battery cells. I picked up the battery and installed it in the bike, but the system wouldn't turn on. I connected the battery to the charger, but that didn't work either. I called Mr. Lang and explained the problem. No problem, Mr. Lang came to my house that same evening and inspected the battery again. He determined that the BMS (Battery Management System) was defective. I took the battery back, and four days later, Mr. Lang received a used BMS, which needed to be reprogrammed and installed. I then picked up the battery, installed it in the bike, and it worked immediately. Now that's what I call fantastic service! Thumbs up and 5 stars, thank you, Mr. Lang!

Great guy, perfect repair in short amount of time. I had a flat tire on my Xiaomi Scooter M365. I failed to fix the puncture myself but he helped me out with it. He is a good engineer and it is apparent that he enjoys these kinds of tasks and he is really good at it. He responded to my message and then fixed the scooter in only half an hour. Really recommended if you have any issues regarding ebikes or escooters.

My defective pedelec battery was repaired here, entirely according to my wishes. I wasn't "sold" new cells—which was also an option—but I was more than satisfied with the repair: Undervoltage balanced, cell connections re-soldered (finding this damage was certainly not an easy task), and capacity measurements performed. Everything was discussed with me (via email). The price for everything was more than fair. Honest and upright service providers are unfortunately rare, but fortunately, you can still find them here. Highly recommended. High praise! Professional and friendly service. Thank you, Mr. Lang.
