We've been ordering from GEO-Versand on and off for over five years and are very satisfied with this shop. Every order is confirmed immediately, and the goods are delivered via DHL within a few days. The shop responds very quickly to any questions, always acting in the customer's best interest. We highly recommend them!

Having placed smaller orders before, this time I ordered a fishing rod. Initially, the email with the prepayment invoice didn't arrive (did it end up somewhere in the spam folder?), but after a brief inquiry, things moved along quickly. Even when the processing time was slightly exceeded (which can happen during holiday periods), my inquiry was answered promptly and courteously, and my package arrived soon after.

I ordered my fishing rod here for the first time, and I can only recommend it. Since then, I've been doing it again and again – always promptly. Recently, I had a faulty delivery for the first time. They responded very quickly and rectified it without any complications. Definitely recommend it. Keep it up!

I've ordered from you several times. The deliveries were always flawless and very fast. With my second-to-last order, an item was missing, and there was a note about it in the package. The item was supposed to be sent later, but after a few weeks, I hadn't received anything. After informing customer service by email, they were very friendly, apologized, and sent the missing item. The whole process was seamless. We're all human, and these things happen. It's all about the tone; I don't understand some of the reviews, but it seems like people are just complaining. Positive reviews are rare with so many orders. If something is negative, it's mentioned immediately. I always enjoy ordering from you and am happy with your customer service.

I would never buy anything here again. The customer service was unfriendly from the very beginning when I made a complaint; they were downright rude and didn't try to find a solution. I had to return the item at my own expense, even though I had submitted a return request that they didn't acknowledge. Stay away!! Not recommended. I had a very bad experience with this website and their customer service, which looked down on people. ---- Addendum: ...and the response perfectly illustrates what I meant in the review. They always act like it's just an isolated incident, but the reviews here show that it isn't.

Hello,<br><br>Yes, exactly. We're rude. I think most people know us and know that we put up with way too much. Maybe it's a case of "you reap what you sow..." We're handing this review over to our lawyer today, since they don't even dare to use their real name. Oh no! You have to pay for return shipping? Really? Unbelievable. By the way, this only applies to customers who aren't registered with us for free as private customers, and it's definitely not a complaint, just a return!

We've ordered from Geoversand several times. Most recently, we ordered a new fishing rod. Unfortunately, the attachment broke. After contacting them, it was no problem to exchange it, and we were also able to order spare parts for our old rod. We had overlooked the fact that we were supposed to contact them directly after placing our order so that it could be processed correctly. Thanks to the option of contacting them via WhatsApp chat, this was completely straightforward, and we were able to exchange pictures of the broken parts and also compare sizes. We are very satisfied with the excellent service. Things can sometimes get overlooked. We're all only human. Everyone can make mistakes, and customers are no exception. That's why everyone should reflect on their communication style. It's sad that this even needs to be mentioned on the website. We are grateful for this great shop and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Despite the offer, the item was not delivered. We bought a fishing rod set for €180. After six months, one of the attachments broke. We requested a replacement and were even willing to pay for it. The seller's response: We have to buy a whole new fishing rod, even though the replacement parts are clearly listed in the shop. Very customer-oriented. Buy elsewhere; there are plenty of other suppliers of this product now! If this review gets deleted for whatever reason, I'll create another account and write it again. This is unacceptable!

Yes, of course :) It's strange that this only happened to you. How is that possible? If someone isn't able to fill out a form with three questions, then they simply won't receive a replacement part as a goodwill gesture. And if you then have to chase them up and still don't get answers to the necessary questions, well, there's no helping them! The customer has been blocked on all our platforms.

Order placed in November. Time passes and no news of my order. I contact customer service and they tell me I will receive my products in December. In January, I still haven't received anything. When I contact customer service again, a very unpleasant person tells me they are out of stock, that this was announced to me when I placed my order, pretending I'm a demanding customer. I'm told that from the start, delivery was scheduled for January 21st. I then reply that this isn't true and show them the email stating delivery in December as proof. From that moment on, no one answers me. It's January 24th and I still haven't received anything. Customer service no longer responds to my emails. A very bad experience with this site and with the customer service that treats people with contempt. I'm still waiting for my order and I'm starting to wonder if I've been scammed. I can prove everything I just said because I kept all the emails so I'm curious to know what excuse customer service will come up with. Needless to say, I send emails full of mistakes as is sometimes answered to some dissatisfied customers because I'm French and I made the effort to write in German which is not my native language.
