My gear cable snapped mid-ride. And on a Monday, right in the middle of the holiday season! Tour ruined? Not at all, thanks to Radsport Mendl! The senior owner provided a super friendly and competent repair service. Everything was back up and running in an hour, and I was able to continue my ride. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

The expertise and customer service are second to none. They even lifted my quickly and excellently repaired bike into my car so I wouldn't get my clothes dirty in the rain.

I had sent an email to Mr. Konstant regarding shortening my BMC fork. Normally, this wouldn't have been a problem for me, but the setup was a bit different here, and the obvious solution didn't catch my eye. Radsport Mendel was advertised online as a BMC partner. Rightly so! Mr. Konstant answered my question by phone that same day – extremely friendly and competent. Shortening it myself took just five minutes. A 30-minute commute saved me a few euros. But I gained a future customer. Thank you very much, and see you soon :)

Excellent service; repairs are carried out quickly and professionally. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they no longer offer Cannondale bikes :(

Radsport Mendl is the best example of a service-oriented shop, for which there will always be a need despite competition from online retailers. Personal advice, a carefully selected range, fast repairs, and expert knowledge. Athletes with specific needs will find exactly what they're looking for here.
