Unfortunately, we can't comment on the quality of the consultation. We drove there (from Munich) during the opening hours listed on the website, only to find a sign stating: "Consultations by appointment only." A phone call to the shop owner revealed: "Well, nothing's possible without an appointment. We're also very booked up, and there aren't any free appointments available anytime soon." He didn't care when we pointed out that we were standing outside the shop. Some businesses seem to find customers more of a nuisance than welcome. So we left. We won't be giving it another try. No problem, he can certainly operate on an appointment system, that's his prerogative. But then he should clearly communicate that on the website!
