I received very good, expert, and personalized advice (I had ordered my first cave sleeping bag and had no idea what to look for or what size was right for me). Dieter really took his time – and I mean really took half an afternoon – to advise us, clear up misconceptions, and give us tips on equipment. You can immediately tell that the man knows what he's talking about. Great selection; the final price is rounded down upon pickup (where possible). Unfortunately, there's no availability status or product reviews on the website. I've purchased several products that turned out to be useless for my needs. However, shipping is fast, and communication is always friendly and straightforward; returns are also possible.
