After a minor fall, I ordered a new luggage rack basket for my wife's i:SY bike from the E-Bike Cafe and paid via PayPal. Since it was an insurance claim, I needed an invoice for the basket. However, this isn't included with PayPal payments or attached to the email, as the details are listed in the PayPal confirmation. When I called the E-Bike Cafe on a Friday afternoon, the employee Max (Maximilian Rauprich) answered after only the second ring. After a brief explanation, Max immediately agreed to issue and send me a business invoice. I received the invoice in my email inbox while still on the phone. Max's incredibly friendly and customer-oriented approach was remarkable. This kind of service, along with immediate availability by phone without any waiting, is rare these days. Simply excellent and highly recommended. I will only buy or order from the E-Bike Cafe Großostheim from now on.

The e-bike café is absolutely fantastic. I received expert and thorough advice. Test rides on all available e-bikes in the shop are offered immediately. The bike can be taken home right after payment (there are many payment options available). Special requests, such as seatposts, different pedals, or accessories, are installed on the spot. Max deserves special mention. He is a patient and understanding person. He finds a solution for everything! A big thank you again. You're amazing! :-) I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I ordered two tires through the online shop and spoke to a very friendly and knowledgeable employee (Max) over the phone. From ordering to delivery, the process was seamless. Super-fast shipping. E-Bike Café is definitely recommended. It won't be the last time I order from there. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I can highly recommend the e-bike café in Großostheim! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Max and Thomas took plenty of time to understand my needs and wishes. Thanks to their expertise, I found my dream bike! The selection is impressive, and I felt completely taken care of. I called the store first, but no one answered, then, to my great surprise, I got a call back within the next hour ☆ I drove there and quickly browsed the store. Max gave me great advice. Thank you so much for the great advice ♡ I immediately fell in love with the skyfly ♡♡

I got the DoggyTourer XL Beethoven and I'm absolutely thrilled! It's huge and offers tons of space. You hardly notice it's there while driving, and you can't hear a thing – simply fantastic! For the price, you really get an amazing trailer. When you call the ebike cafe, you're greeted warmly, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and help you immediately with any problems.
