I placed a large order for T-shirts with my company logo and am deeply disappointed with the quality of the delivered goods. After just the first wash, the printed logo began to peel off, suggesting inferior materials or faulty workmanship. A product like this is completely unsuitable for professional use. Even more serious, however, is the disastrous customer service. I received no response to multiple inquiries, either by email or phone. Communication is virtually nonexistent, and it appears the company has suffered a significant personnel loss—apparently, none of the original contact persons are still employed there. This irresponsible business practice has caused me significant financial loss, as I purchased a large quantity of T-shirts for my company. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and absolutely not recommended. Anyone who values quality and reliable customer service should urgently look for a more reputable provider.

Very negative. I sent approximately eight emails asking you to contact me to make a warranty claim on a pair of football boots. To this day, I have received no response. I paid approximately €190.00 for these football boots.

Caution!!! A properly submitted return allegedly never arrived. This resulted in a legal dispute. I cannot recommend ordering anything from this online shop. The return receipt is clear, yet the company claims the return was not received. - Attention! A regular return did not arrive, they say. A legal case has been started. Do not order from their online shop! I have all the proof of my return, and yet the company claims they did not receive it.

Attention: This review refers to my experience in September 2023. After I posted my review, my intermediary, Sponzon, contacted me in writing to request its deletion, apparently after Outfitter responded to my request. September 4, 2023 "Unreliable delivery. I've been waiting for my order for a month and a half already. I've now ordered from somewhere else." February 2, 2024 "I was subsequently promised that after a certain time, a large part of the order would be delivered."

I can only agree with the negative reviews! Stay away from this online shop! Before Christmas, I accidentally sent other shoes in a return package, and even after three weeks and numerous inquiries, I haven't received a final answer from customer service regarding the whereabouts of the shoes, nor have I received them back (value €160!). People are being ripped off here in various ways.

I can't agree with the many negative reviews. I've ordered twice already, and each time my package arrived quickly, even during the pre-Christmas rush. All the items I ordered were included. I'd gladly order again!

First, the package wasn't delivered despite prepayment. Then, they claimed to have delivered it. Next, they suggested looking for it with the neighbors. Then, they demanded a sworn affidavit stating that it hadn't arrived. Finally, they falsely claimed it was returned by us after two months. Customer service was nonexistent.

I'm a little torn about how to rate this. Basically, I have three points of criticism, none of which mean much for a single order: 1. Shipping took an above-average amount of time (compared to similar companies). 2. The ordered product, in my case a pair of shoes, arrived 1.5 sizes smaller than ordered. 3. In the event of an incorrect delivery, it would be good to have an exchange option. I've now returned the pair of shoes. I'm giving it three stars because, despite everything, the delivery and returns were reliable. If there had been an exchange option, I might not have reordered from another company. However, the return slip clearly stated that exchanges are not possible. This ultimately means that if the company makes a mistake, as in my case, you have to return the item and place a new order, which takes even longer. However, I wouldn't rule out ordering again. Mistakes can always happen.

Because of all the negative reviews, I was really worried about what to expect after placing my order. Admittedly, shipping took a bit longer than stated; instead of 3-5 days, it took 9 days, which is perfectly acceptable considering the great selection and good prices. Plus, you're constantly kept up-to-date via email. When I received my package today, I immediately remembered the reviews about incorrect sizes, colors, and damaged goods. Since I had ordered 8 items, I opened the box with a sense of unease. But that feeling quickly proved unfounded; everything arrived correctly and in perfect condition. Thank you, Outfitter! I will definitely take advantage of some of their offers again.

Despite my skepticism, I ordered online due to the many negative reviews. I also received an email informing me of delays due to COVID-19. Nevertheless, my package arrived six days after ordering. The package was well-packed and contained the correct shoes. In my opinion, a good shop.
