For someone who struggles to communicate in German, "We like bikes in Haar" is a godsend. The staff was nice, professional and responsive addressing all my queries leading up to me dropping the bike. I've left the bike at the shop in the morning with a bottom-bracket issue that needed to be serviced and the bike was ready to pick up in the afternoon after work (no parts had to be ordered/exchanged). Their online services are quite convenient, notifying you immediately via email/text once the bike is ready to pick up. I can't comment on the price/cost since my bike was serviced under warranty. I intend to return to the shop whenever I have more complex issues that need more specialized maintenance, for as long as Chris and his colleague are there.

Really great service from Chris and Ahmed. They gave my Rose bike a good service and fixed the lights. Will definitely be back!

Well, I was ignored. I've been there because it's recommended bike shop from Canyon. I wanted to repair one little thing. They've promised me they will take care of that and will contact me via email. I've waited two months without contact - I have asked also no answer. Well, mechanic was nice and bike shop make good impression but custom service at all it's not ok. I'm disappointed.
