My e-bike completely broke down in Heideck, so I went to the Steib company there and they helped me immediately. They offered me a loaner e-bike right away until my own was ready. The staff were very friendly, I can highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

We had a robotic lawnmower installed at my parents' house. From the initial phone call and the on-site consultation to the final installation, we were more than satisfied with all the friendly staff. The technician was patient and answered all our technical questions thoroughly.

We bought an e-bike there and are absolutely thrilled. Friendly, expert advice with no pressure to buy. Extensive test rides with various models are possible right there at Schlossberg. Even afterward, when we had a problem with the e-bike, they were able to help us immediately. We highly recommend them!

I bought a cordless lawn mower there. I searched for a long time – especially the online offers with the low prices almost tempted me to order online. Then I thought I'd stop by my local dealer – and I was thrilled!! TOP-notch advice – friendly and competent. And the best part: he gave me a price that was absolutely competitive with the online prices – and I also have personal on-site service if needed!! So I bought it immediately – with accessories – and everything works perfectly! TOP! I'd buy STEIB power tools again anytime!!! :-)

No matter when I come to Motorland Steib, and no matter what I need for a quick repair or a new purchase, the advice is always competent, and all the employees are extremely courteous and friendly. That's how every business should be: it makes you come back again and again, and it makes you feel comfortable. A family-run business that impresses with its very friendly and competent staff! The service begins with comprehensive advice and ends with perfect installation (in this case, of the bicycle roof rack). With every purchase (whether bicycle or accessories), the quality of the products and the workmanship have been absolutely outstanding, and I/we will definitely be back.
