I was on a business trip with my folding bike and a screw had punctured my tire and inner tube. They had a new inner tube and let me borrow tools and a pump to repair my bike. The staff were incredibly friendly. Thank you so much, you were a lifesaver!

For many years, they have consistently provided a friendly, reliable, and competent team. Whether the bike was purchased there or not, their service and advice regarding spare parts or repairs are always excellent.

Highly recommended. I had my bike serviced. Everything went smoothly and reliably. The costs are completely fair and transparent. They even offered a free pick-up and delivery service. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for the great service.

Great shop 😄🤙 I took my mountain bike there for a service check after a crash, including customer service, and I'm super satisfied! Competent and friendly! You don't find that combination all that often. Nothing rattles anymore, the gear shift works perfectly. Really satisfied! Highly recommended! You've gained a new customer!

I brought my bike, which I didn't buy there, in for servicing. After a brief chat, I already had a very positive impression of the guys and their expertise. Two days later, I dropped off the bike with a few problems, and picked it up two days after that. What can I say? Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I'd gladly go back.

Having been a completely satisfied customer for over a year now, all I can say is: "WOW! What an amazing shop!" Both my wife and I bought e-bikes from Jan. The great thing here is that you don't get pressured into anything just because it might cost a few extra euros; you get exactly what you need. Jan asks insightful questions about your requirements and addresses all your concerns. My wife and I are still absolutely thrilled with our bikes! That's certainly also due to the fantastic service! After cycling a few thousand kilometers, I've had to bring my bike in for servicing twice, and both times it was top-notch! From scheduling the appointment to picking it up the next day! Since my wife and I get our bikes through a leasing company provided by our employer, there were apparently some internal disagreements at the leasing company, which unfortunately caused some confusion for Jan. But even here, he sorted everything out, kept me informed (which the leasing company should have done themselves), and was ultimately able to clear things up. THANK YOU! How can you tell if a dealer is reputable? According to our lease agreement, all wear parts are covered by insurance. This means that during servicing, parts could simply be replaced and billed through the insurance. What does Jan say? "Everything's still in perfect working order. We don't need to replace anything yet." That shows me that service, not profit, is the priority here! Simply fantastic! Keep it up!

I bought two e-bikes for my wife and me from Jan in May 2022. This wasn't an easy step for me in several ways. 1. My physical (health) condition 2. My personal (dream) ideas :-) 3. My wife's personal (dream) ideas :-) 4. The costs To bring all of this together, it quickly became clear that we needed an artist who could think and act outside the box. Luckily, we found that in Jan and his team. We first got two rental bikes (delivered) to determine whether e-biking was even for us (Jan suggested it, rather than trying to talk me into buying a bike right away). In the end, we bought two e-mountain bikes. But to be sure which frame size was right for me, I was able to adjust the L and M frames to fit me and then ride them back to back. Which was great because I felt more comfortable on the M frame than on the L frame, even though, according to standard opinion, I should have definitely gone for the L frame. which Jan then converted into a touring bike. He always gave us his honest opinion on every part (lights, bell, fenders, tires, panniers, etc.), including the pros and cons. And he showed, especially with me, the patience of a saint, and still does ;-) Because one thing is clear: after the sale, he still knows you, continues to treat and advise you excellently, and has solved all my problems (which is important because of point 1), and I'm now able to do 60km tours a day. That probably sounds like nothing to many people, but for me, it's almost a dream. Unfortunately, it only gets 5 stars; I would have liked to give him more.
