Great guys. Extremely competent, friendly, and always helpful. All problems were solved quickly and efficiently. There should be more shops like this. I highly recommend them. The Merida bikes are also great. I bought an E One-Sixty there and I'm thrilled. Maga Bike and shops.

Unfortunately, they were incompetent. I dropped off my bike to get an estimate for repairing the roller brake. Instead of giving me an estimate, they tried to repair the brake. Unfortunately, it was completely unsuccessful. They obviously didn't even take it for a test ride, otherwise they would have immediately noticed that the attempted repair had no effect whatsoever. The extremely unhealthy noises the brake made, even when not in use, were still there. The brake's heat sink, which can reach 100 degrees Celsius under load, was attached to the spokes with plastic cable ties. And then they charged me €30 for this botched attempt. I took the bike to another workshop, which immediately recognized that the brake was irreparably damaged and had to be replaced. If you want your bike repaired reliably, go somewhere else.

Excellent team, extremely friendly and helpful!! Even when you need quick assistance. A new inner tube and a new 'oversized' tire were fitted quickly and easily on Saturday afternoon. Thank you so much!!! I would gladly go there again.
