We had a minor breakdown on August 26th and ended up at Lilly's. We were absolutely thrilled – quick, uncomplicated help for a very reasonable price. The friendly mechanic even gave us some helpful tips. You don't find that kind of service very often – hats off to them and a thousand thanks again! Definitely recommended.

I'm truly impressed! My bike suddenly broke down, and the shop not only repaired it perfectly the same day but even delivered it directly to the swimming pool afterward. I've never experienced anything like it – fast, reliable, friendly, and with a real focus on customer needs. The people at the bike shop were very helpful this morning while we were passing through! We had a problem with the electronic Shimano gearshift on a KTM e-bike, and they helped us very competently and unbureaucratically so we could continue our journey, and it didn't cost us anything. What a willingness to help. You rarely experience something like that these days. 1. Repair – replacement of the disc brake. Unfortunately, the next day, my brake hose broke. They started the somewhat complicated repair immediately. After two hours, I was able to get my bike back, and apart from a tip, I didn't have to pay anything. We then continued our multi-day bike tour without any problems. Thank you very much for that.
