The salesperson at the counter was very helpful. We bought two pairs of Puma shoes and wanted to pay separately, but he reminded us that this was a bad idea, as we would get a 50% discount if we paid for one pair together. He was so helpful. I wanted to thank him personally.

I had planned a break here during a highway drive, where I could do some shopping and charge my car. There are four fast-charging stations. They were all occupied, but only two cars were charging. The other two were fully charged. Naturally, you hope someone will leave soon and wait by your car instead of shopping. After waiting 30 minutes, I unfortunately had to move on. So, I didn't get to do any shopping and spent my remaining time charging at the gas station. It's a real shame there's no blocking fee; that way, I can't do any shopping.

No flocking of the new Portugal Pantera Negra jersey available – if not here at Puma headquarters...where else would it be? The store manager apologized. But as a brand, this isn't Champions League material, it's more like a regional league...VERY DISAPPOINTING, PUMA.

A really nice outlet with lots of items that I liked better quality than at Adidas. The prices were also cheaper. I've just bought myself a whole new wardrobe.

Shopping used to be much better and more relaxed. The children could play football; unfortunately, that's no longer possible because of a few extra square meters of retail space. Especially disappointing for a motorsport fan, since the prices are just as high as online. Also, they've removed the simulator, which I always enjoyed immensely.

I made my first purchase on Puma’s online store, excited to get the new FAST-R NITRO Elite 3 using a 15% discount code for new customers. To my surprise, the order was cancelled shortly after with no clear explanation — just a vague note about “technical issues or the item no longer being available.” To make matters worse, as “compensation,” they offered a 10% discount code — which is less than the original 15% discount I had used. This makes no sense and feels unfair to customers who trusted the brand enough to make their first purchase. Frankly, I expected much better from a global company like Puma. After this poor experience, it’s hard to trust their online store again.

Oksana is the best, cutest and kindest person with the biggest smile and heart!! She literally made my day! Thank to her, my PUMA experience became much more pleasant and sweet. I am grateful for her kind support and also honest opinion about how the shoes suited me. I loved her, she deserves an award!!! I would love to come back just to receive customer service from her once again.
