I'm absolutely thrilled! Shipping was lightning fast, and the items were securely packaged. The customer service is first-class—friendly, easy to reach, and extremely helpful. Any questions or problems are resolved immediately. This is what a shopping experience should be like! I will definitely order from here again.

Top-notch shop with a good selection. They really take their time to advise you, with a lot of patience, charisma, and expertise. It took us over two hours to decide on skates and we never felt rushed for a second. In the end, we both left the shop happy, with good skates :)

My return (postage paid by myself) wasn't picked up from the parcel shop/packing station by the seller (X-World Skateshop) because, supposedly, DHL hadn't notified me. I had announced the return in advance, including the tracking number. The items were returned to me. As a customer, I would have expected the seller to take action and contact DHL to find out what happened. Nope. That would be my problem. Excuse me? And instead of offering free reshipment as a gesture of goodwill, I was supposed to pay half the shipping costs again. Unbelievable! After contacting PayPal regarding buyer protection, the seller has now disappeared. Several emails have gone unanswered. This means I'm stuck with the goods I don't want and paid for shipping for nothing. It couldn't be more unprofessional. It's a shame you can't give zero stars. Never again!

Dear X-World Skateshop Team, your online shipping is faster than a well-known large online shop. Amazing service. Great products, I'm so impressed. This is online shopping in 2021. I bought the Rollerblade Twister and yes, the rating is euphoric – I just had to say something like that. Thanks, see you next time.

I ordered a pair of skates from an online shop with a one-business-day delivery time. Since I hadn't received a shipping confirmation a week after ordering, I inquired about the status of my order. Three days after my email, the package was shipped. Of course, I didn't expect the package to arrive the next day, but a processing time of 10 days is too long. I still haven't received a response to my inquiry. I was satisfied with the product I received.

Hi Thomas,<br><br>Thanks for your feedback. We typically have a processing time of 1-3 business days (we usually ship within 24 hours). Unfortunately, we can't control the delivery times of parcel services, which are currently overloaded due to the pandemic. Additionally, since you ordered to Switzerland, this naturally results in a longer delivery time, and we have no influence on customs processing times. This can lead to delays in some cases. I'll probably withdraw my 1-star rating for now, as my package issue seems to be resolved! The shop apparently fixed it within an hour, and the package should arrive tomorrow after all. Apparently, the shipping packaging was slightly damaged... Well, I'm curious to see what happens and am now assuming the fault wasn't with the shop, perhaps with DHL, although I've never had any problems with them before. If my next order with this shop goes smoothly, I can wholeheartedly recommend them, especially given their quick response to my problem!

Hi Robin, we just checked. You ordered on October 13th, and it was shipped via DHL on October 14th (DHL was your shipping choice). It's currently in a pickup status with DHL, which we'll investigate immediately. We understand your frustration, but please remember that once shipped, the package is no longer in our hands. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could correct or remove the review, as this is not our fault.<br><br>Update: The package has now been processed by DHL. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to determine the cause of the problem. We will closely monitor whether DHL delivers tomorrow.<br><br>Update October 21, 2020: Package arrived.

Amazing shop! A huge and diverse selection. No matter what you're looking for, there's definitely something for everyone. The knowledgeable staff also shines with their advice, tips, and tricks! All in all, a visit to the shop is worthwhile because you also get an independent opinion.
