We bought two hybrid bikes and are absolutely thrilled. Everything went perfectly from the initial contact to the handover! Friendly and helpful – we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Every question was answered thoroughly, competently, and clearly. We also received many valuable tips about cycling. The flexibility in scheduling appointments and handling the transaction was fantastic, making the entire buying process very pleasant for us. For us, everything was perfect: the advice, the service, and the personal touch. This is what a truly successful bike purchase should be like:

The initial contact was actually about repairing a bicycle of a different brand. But sometimes in life, the chemistry is just right! Now, more bicycles from Tobi are being ridden, or soon will be, in the family. For him and his team, quality takes precedence over quantity in every respect. He takes all the time he needs for consultations, and you won't find a better workshop when it comes to mechanical work. Giving 5 stars couldn't be easier.

More difficult to reach by phone than the Pope, and despite an OBVIOUS five-minute workload for trained staff, they simply point out that everything is booked until September. Customer service on a whole other level.

Hello "JK," unfortunately you weren't able to reach us by phone - we're happy to accept your feedback and are working on improvements.<br><br>However, in the interest of fairness, I would like to clearly point out our message on the phone:<br><br>"Hello dear caller, unfortunately you're calling outside of business hours, or we're currently in a customer meeting. Please send us an email at tobi@tu-sports.de, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!" We also mentioned our company holiday.<br><br>August is holiday season, so we treated ourselves to 10 days of company holiday - otherwise, the shop was always open and staffed. Even during the company holiday, I answered my emails daily - unfortunately, I never received a message from you, otherwise you would have received an immediate response with a timely appointment.<br><br>On August 28th (the end of August), the 1* review came, including the argument that we "only" couldn't look at the problem in September.<br><br>We're happy to help all customers, but we want/need to work on them one at a time. I think that's more than fair and fair to everyone.<br><br>Unfortunately, we didn't have the capacity to resolve the issue with your bike immediately at the time of your visit.<br><br>We politely request all customers to schedule workshop appointments personally, via our website, and through all other channels to ensure smooth workshop operations!<br><br>Unfortunately, we never received an appointment request from you.<br><br>Best regards, Tobi Ullmann

I had my Canyon bike serviced by Tobi. I'm absolutely satisfied. Very friendly service and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. When I asked, Tobi even took the time to adjust my riding position on the bike to my specific needs. This was despite the Challenge Roth coming up next weekend and him being very busy. Highly recommended! 5 stars

I took my new Canyon Speedmax there for its first service – and honestly, it couldn't have gone better. I received a super friendly welcome, they took their time and explained everything clearly. You can tell that the people working there have both heart and expertise. I immediately felt well taken care of and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I was looking for two gravel bikes for my wife and me. Since we have no experience with gravel or road bikes, we needed detailed advice. Up until now, we've only ridden mountain bikes. Tobi really took a lot of time to explain and show us everything we needed. He was really patient with us 😊. There are other shops nearby that aren't like that... Today, we ordered two bikes from him. We can highly recommend TU-Sports, especially Tobias and his colleagues. Everything went really well, and we're already looking forward to our bikes. 😊😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
