Dear fellow cyclist!<br><br>Thank you for your feedback, although we are very sorry that you left our store with a negative impression.<br><br>As managing director, please allow me to address a few points:<br><br>Especially during peak season, we are faced with a very high number of orders and emergencies. Despite our dedicated team, as a father-and-son business, we are reaching our limits in terms of personnel and logistics. We do our best to provide spontaneous assistance to travelers like yourself, but unfortunately, under these circumstances, this is not always possible – as much as we would like to.<br><br>Regarding the situation with your broken spoke: In such cases, we usually assess each situation individually to determine if a quick solution is feasible. However, we ask for your understanding that certain repairs cannot be carried out reliably or safely without suitable spare parts, workshop capacity, and a preliminary inspection.<br><br>You were also informed in detail that there is a wide variety of spokes in terms of length, shape, and diameter. Furthermore, the likelihood of us having the exact right one for you in stock is very low. Furthermore, the problem is often not solved by simply replacing a single spoke.<br><br>We merely wanted to explain that even with an available workshop slot, the chances of being able to resolve your spoke problem immediately would unfortunately have been slim.<br><br>We therefore find it very regrettable that you showed no understanding for this and left a negative review solely because we were unable to help you spontaneously that day – due to an extremely high volume of orders – even though the conversation was always fair and friendly.<br><br>We would like to emphasize that we have no intention of giving cyclists the impression of a "service desert."
