Last year I went looking for a new bike and checked out and test-rode various models at different dealers. After a positive experience with my last mountain bike being serviced at Fahrrad Dresel, even though I didn't buy it there, the Dresel team was my favorite because of my excellent service. That's where I met Florian Ziegler (a salesperson), who has turned his passion for bikes into his profession. I knew very little about bikes, and he gave me fantastic advice and provided excellent support again yesterday during my bike fitting. Many thanks again to Flo; people like him in customer service are invaluable and irreplaceable by AI! Congratulations to the owner for finding such great employees in all areas! A definite recommendation for Fahrrad Dresel – especially for the bike fitting with Flo! After my trusty steel steed served me faithfully for 15 years, I decided last summer to upgrade to a carbon road bike. Back in September, Flo gave me excellent and honest advice. Today I was able to pick up my new bike, including a professional bike fitting. The fitting with Flo was truly fantastic: He took his time, addressed my needs, and gave me many valuable tips on riding position and posture. It was my first professional bike fitting, and it was absolutely worth it. Even the first few kilometers felt significantly better than on my old bike, which I owe primarily to the expert advice and fine-tuning. In general, all the staff at Fahrrad Dresel are very friendly, attentive, and service-oriented. You feel completely at ease. I'm already looking forward to my first longer rides on my new road bike. I just had a bike fitting at Fahrrad Dresel. Absolutely professional, I'm thrilled! With Florian, Fahrrad Dresel not only has an enthusiastic road cyclist and amateur triathlete, but also someone who, thanks to his sporting background, understands a great deal about human physiology – and thus perfectly adjusted my bike to me. First, a thorough assessment and measurements (including sit bone distance, pressure distribution on the soles of the feet, etc.), then repeated pedaling, measuring, adjusting, and more pedaling – until I suddenly felt like I'd never sat so relaxed on a bike before. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience truly optimal riding position on a road bike. And a must for anyone wanting to try triathlon! Thank you so much, Florian.

My new gravel bike from Fahrrad Dresel came with a free bike fitting included, which I naturally took advantage of. I drove to Höchstadt without high expectations, as there are unfortunately some bad apples when it comes to bike fitting, and besides, you often think you're already perfectly positioned on your bike if you can ride long distances and fast without pain. The two hours I spent there were the complete opposite: Bodo was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, debunking some myths and fine-tuning my bike down to the millimeter. I also had a lot of fun, learned a lot, and received tips for stretching and strengthening exercises. A special thanks to Flo: a really great guy whose passion is evident. I can highly recommend a visit to Bodo and his team and their bike fitting service to everyone, and I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends. Thanks everyone! Max PS: There are some beautiful bikes on sale right now (I already have enough, unfortunately) PPS: Gas is 5 cents cheaper in Höchstadt than in Bamberg ... so it's doubly worthwhile

Friendly staff, fair prices, really supportive and a huge variety of accessories for bike and triathlon. I had my bike fitting with them and I can only recommend. Spent 4 hours there and they went above and beyond to make sure the bike was perfectly adjusted. Strongly recommended!!!
