I had Florian service my two work bikes at home. It's really convenient that he does the service on-site, so I could still work. He's a really nice guy; I'll definitely have him do the next service.

Even during peak season, I was able to get an appointment with Florian for a bike repair very quickly. He arrived on time that day and did a fantastic job. Florian is characterized by his very friendly personality and professional, dedicated work ethic. The price-performance ratio is excellent. At the Flying Bike Doctor, you get top-quality workmanship at a very good price. If I have any problems with my bike in the future, I will definitely contact Florian again. I recently had the pleasure of using Flo's excellent service for my e-bike. He arrived on time and fully equipped the same day I contacted him, and repaired my bike not only incredibly quickly but also thoroughly and conscientiously. Very competent, friendly, and straightforward. Excellent value for money. I'm still very satisfied with my repair. Given the excellent repair, I probably won't need it again for the time being. Otherwise, I'd be happy to go back to the Flying Bike Doctor anytime.

Flo is a fantastic bike mechanic—reliable, competent, and very well-organized. What we especially appreciate about Flo is that he examines the bike to be repaired and makes clear suggestions about how he would fix it. Whether it's a cargo bike, a children's bike, or a trekking bike, Flo knows all about them, and the results are excellent. Afterward, you receive the invoice by email; it couldn't be simpler. We're thrilled!
