The Fazua drive unit on my Focus bicycle was defective, and it wasn't easy to find someone willing to repair or even check the bike. So, all in all, it was a tough job, and the guys at Radleck really went the extra mile. In the end, it was cheaper than expected, and the bike feels like new. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

The best Ski and bike rental place that we have come across. The service was exceptional and the people were friendly too. Sensing our difficulty in understanding nuances in German, they happily assisted us in English. We are pretty confident that we will be one of the many permanent customers. 👍

Finally, a really good bike shop! The advice is top-notch, the crew is incredibly friendly and really knows their stuff. Chatting about the modifications/rebuild of my Marin Pine Mountains was a lot of fun, and the result is outstanding. A huge thank you to Alex and his team!

Nice owner, I was new on the town, I never weyto that shop before, and he dedicated 15 minutes for a review of my wife's old bicycle. Pumping air, a general review of all the parts, some advices..., and he didn't want to charge me anything, so I insisted :) Plenty of accessories and latest technology for bicycles and rollers inside.
