I highly recommend Radsport Prandl and am very impressed by their expertise and competence. They have a keen eye for every bike and its unique characteristics. This was also true for my high-quality carbon mountain bike, which I brought to their in-house workshop for repair and inspection. Everything was carried out to my complete satisfaction. I can wholeheartedly recommend Radsport Prandl. Even though I didn't buy my bike there, I always receive very friendly, competent, and detailed advice. Individual problems and requests are addressed, and solutions are found whenever possible. I will definitely buy my next bike there.

I've been taking all my bikes there for years. Mr. Prandl and his team have provided me with highly competent and friendly support for all my cycling needs – even for unusual projects. The service has always been fair and excellent. I've always been satisfied with the quality, speed, and price. Many other bike shops and repair shops could learn a thing or two from them. 🙂👍

Two weeks ago, I bought a new Haybike mountain bike from Radsport Prandl after receiving excellent advice and extensive testing. Last week, our annual mountain bike tour in the Karwendel mountains began. When shifting down to first gear, the rear chainring moved into the spokes and was immediately bent, making it impossible to continue riding. We removed the derailleur and shortened the chain so I could still ride to Mittenwald in a fixed gear. Once there, I called Radsport Prandl and explained the situation. I wanted to rent a bike in Mittenwald so I could join the tour for the next few days. Instead, Mr. Prandl said, "I'll come right over and bring a new derailleur and chain." I wasn't expecting that at all. True to his word, two hours later he arrived at the campsite, installed the parts, tested the bike, and everything was working perfectly again. I was completely surprised by this fantastic service. Thank you!
