Terrible customer service policy- Need to bring it up to date with the 21st century. My item arrived damaged and no replacement was offered. Instead I was asked to mark the item with post its where the damage is even though I sent them pictures of it. I then have to print the return form (I don't have a printer.) and then I 'might' get a refund.

1. You use a voucher 2. You order specific climbing shoe 3. Packet is lost (DHL??) and sent back to them 4. You are being reimbursed 5. The shoes are not available anymore (next day!) 6. Basically waited 7 days for nothing + lost a lot of time messaging them 7. Bergzeit don't answer

Excellent stir for mountaineering hardware and clothing. Good prices and ok selection. Missing one star due to size. Would have loved to see this store with some more space. Their other shop is bigger

Very good range of products for ski and mountaineering (all sorts for trekking, hiking, camping, climbing), right on your way from Munich towards the Alps. Good selection of backpacks and some of the most diverse selection for women's wear. Only a bit on the expensive side, and no snowboard gear at all.

Very friendly Staff, unfortunately only a limited choice as the bigger shop is in Gmund a. Tegernsee.
