Great store, helpful advice, and what I found really cool: I had a pair of shoes from an Intersport store that are no longer available. The Berauer team took care of it, and I ultimately received a refund. When the processing wasn't quite as quick as expected—because the response from Intersport headquarters was delayed—I received a call from Berauer to update me on the status. I thought that was very thoughtful. Thank you so much!

I generally enjoy shopping at Intersport, but this branch has been my favorite for several years now – because of the high quality of the service. Most recently, I bought hiking and trail running shoes, and the sales assistant provided excellent expertise while still keeping my needs in mind. I'm happy to continue making the trip from Munich to Holzkirchen for this. Thank you!

Why aren't you following the law? Defective skis, no refund. You'll now receive a cease and desist letter. €1000 worth of skis are defective! In the case of a material defect and a declared withdrawal from the contract, the retailer must: Refund the purchase price immediately. The refund must not be contingent on a manufacturer's warranty claim. A 14-day waiting period is not justified.

Excellent advice and service! Very competent and friendly staff! We always enjoy coming here when we need new skiing equipment. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Today, the employee spent 1.5 hours fitting our son's ski boots. In another shop, we would most likely have been sold a new pair of ski boots. Thank you so much!

We always enjoy coming to the store. First-class service and very friendly employees. You always get a warm welcome here, even if you don't buy anything. I particularly like the friendly, dark-haired employee (or maybe she was the store manager), who always takes plenty of time to advise me. Thanks to her, I found the perfect running shoe there. The friendly trainee is also very knowledgeable and can give excellent advice. 5 stars 🌟

I had a gait analysis done by Fabio today. He took a lot of time and explained my running style and the different shoes very well. I felt very comfortable and received excellent advice, which is why I'm now going home with a new pair of running shoes. Thank you for the great advice!

We found a flyer in our mailbox today offering discounts on cycling apparel. The staff at the shop in Hoki were surprised; they wanted to see the flyer, saying there was no discount without it. They also said the promotion only started on Friday, and that each flyer only gave us one discounted item. None of this was mentioned on the flyer itself, only that it was valid immediately. Too bad, I guess I'll just order my things online.

I bought some ski equipment there today. Markus, the professional advisor, gave me perfect and truly friendly advice on all my questions. He was able to explain even detailed questions clearly. He also previously provided detailed and competent advice to my family when buying hiking boots. Respect and thank you very much!
