My husband and I went there for saddles. We received excellent advice and they really took their time until we had the right saddle, correctly positioned, fitted to our bikes. No nonsense or fuss. Thumbs up! If anything goes wrong with my bike, we'll definitely come back!

Fantastic service!!! I dropped my skis off for servicing at very short notice and asked if they could be picked up the same day. The team worked incredibly fast, and I was able to pick up my skis again after just one hour. Of course, this wasn't the norm, so I'm all the more pleased that it worked out so well. Thank you so much!!!

A top-notch recommendation. Service 10/10! While searching for a gift, I stumbled upon Radl Stadl in Igensdorf. During a conversation with one of their very knowledgeable salespeople, we got onto the topic of my e-bike, which I was experiencing significant problems with. It had suffered from inadequate maintenance by another bike shop, electrical issues, and was a warranty claim. After our conversation, I felt confident and made an appointment. A week later, I dropped off my e-bike, and upon arrival, a staff member carefully inspected it with me. My bike was exceptionally well cared for, and I kept in regular phone calls to discuss the progress and next steps – complete transparency. Today, I was able to pick up my bike and was thrilled. The electrics worked perfectly, the gears shifted smoothly, and the new fork was adjusted to my exact specifications. You can feel the passion for cycling in every employee and the owner. Thank you so much for the fantastic work and assistance.

We bought a Woom2 for our son. The advice was good and patient, and the price with the stand was even a few euros cheaper than online. The stand was installed on the bike free of charge. We'll be back!
