Absolutely outrageous!!! Even one star is a gross exaggeration!! We wanted to have team clothing printed for our club, which initially seemed like no problem at all... We were assured everything would be ready in two weeks... After three weeks, we inquired several times in writing about the status, but our inquiries went unanswered... When we finally got the extremely unfriendly woman on the phone, her answer was simply: "Yes, the printing still needs to be done, and we haven't managed to do it yet, but we're going on vacation anyway." ... In short, she simply didn't care about the order at all. After more than a month and a half, we went there in person to pick up the clothing they had provided, and what can I say... It was still in its original packaging, just like the day we delivered it. They also told us they had sent an email saying they suddenly couldn't print it after all. Of course, this email never came through, and we were brazenly and disrespectfully lied to. Perhaps it would be more sensible to just tell the customer directly that they're too lazy and don't feel like working. Then they could go and find some decent shops in the meantime!
