I was turned away again today with my gravel bike. He said he was fully booked until autumn. He said bikes like that should be serviced in winter. He also said he would only accept bikes purchased from his own shop. I'm really shocked because I certainly didn't expect such a response from the bike shop owner, who usually provides such excellent service.

A chain link on my mountain bike broke. Mr. Bayerl offered to leave the bike here. By the afternoon, my bike was ready and ready for pickup. Super fast and perfect work. 5 stars from me. When I picked up the bike, I had explained my problem with the malfunctioning and squeaking brakes. A solution was offered, and it's being implemented today. Now that's what I call customer service. 5 stars again.

That's really cool. I took my bike in for a flat tire and maintenance, and the nice lady discovered that I was only missing the valve. My light and kickstand were replaced at a fair price. Thumbs up for the service! Thank you so much :)

I called to get my rear tire fixed, mentioning it was an old bike. I was able to drop it off and left my mobile number. I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Then came the bill: €58.60! For an ancient clunker that's only used occasionally for trips to the supermarket, you could have at least called and asked if I wanted a new tire, since, as they said, the old one wasn't in great shape. Almost €60 for a bike I rescued from the dumpster by friends. By the way, my aunt and uncle bought two e-bikes from you for several thousand euros. Well, it's a rip-off; they should have just said they weren't interested in the €20 flat tires.

I was there last year Service was there and I was super satisfied. I was just turned away because I wasn't a customer and they were full "it will take a few months". Expect a local store to be able and willing to serve customers in the area. And if not, you should be able to suggest a nice solution.

I had used them before and been satisfied. However, this week I was quoted 200euros to replace 2 cables, adjust gears and renew chain. This is ridiculously expensive. I had another store make up cables for 10 euros and did job in about 40 mins.
