My wife and I each bought an e-bike from eBike Maass. We received excellent advice. The sales staff were very friendly and answered all our questions. At no point did they make us feel pressured to buy anything unnecessary. We're glad we chose eBike Maass and can highly recommend this shop.

After purchasing a used R&M bike, I called to request information and received very competent assistance. I found this helpfulness towards a non-customer very pleasing, as it's not something you see every day. I took my e-bike there for its first service. Even though I didn't buy it there, everything went smoothly. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The service went perfectly, and the pick-up process was also seamless. My e-bike is in good hands here. Thank you so much, I'll gladly come back for another service.

Last week, we were complete e-bike novices at Fahrrad Maass. Peter greeted us and gave us 2.5 hours of expert advice. Afterwards, we left the shop very happy with two beautiful e-bikes that were perfectly equipped for our needs. The next day, the bikes were delivered to our home fully assembled. You did a fantastic job! Thank you!

I simply wanted to schedule a service appointment for a strange noise coming from my e-bike. I filled out the contact form and received no response. When I called, I was told they had no appointments available for people who hadn't purchased their bikes there. As if my money wasn't good enough! Now I know where I won't be buying my next bike!

A large proportion of our leasing/company bike service customers have purchased their bikes elsewhere and appreciate our workshop; many of them are from other manufacturers. Unfriendly towards people from certain countries! It is unacceptable that once the owner found out we are from Romania, he refused to rent us his bikes.

After having two children, I wanted to get more active again. Unfortunately, we moved to a very hilly area, so I couldn't go anywhere with the 40 kg bike trailer (including the kids). So, I needed an e-bike. A friend recommended this shop, and what can I say… I was thrilled with the friendliness and the excellent technical advice. My baby had just fallen asleep when we arrived at the shop. A test ride was possible because Mr. Maass kept an eye on my baby. When I returned, he had naturally woken up, but he seemed perfectly entertained by the mechanics and other customers. I felt he was in good hands, as the shop has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. As an engineer, I can also say that the technical advice was excellent. Mr. Maass listened carefully to my needs and impressed me with his detailed technical knowledge. For me, THE place to buy an e-bike!!! Update on May 23, 2017: We finally bought an e-bike a few weeks ago, and what can I say... pure freedom! Hop on the bike and off we go, always knowing we'll arrive safely! We have an awesome bike that rides great in the woods and on unpaved paths and always reliably pulls the bike trailer. A fantastic purchase decision, thanks to excellent advice!
