Ski service disaster. Completely botched, I had to get them serviced again at the ski resort; now they're working perfectly. Because of this, I almost fell two or three times on the first few runs. Two stars because they were very friendly. DO NOT go there for ski service!

Highly competent, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy my preferred ski brand there, but I still received excellent advice, and the adjustment of the skis I bought online was carried out professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you for the great service.

Ski service disaster! Had them sharpened the edges… I couldn't ski on them during my vacation! Then I had them sharpened again by hand by a professional while on vacation. Fantastic! After my vacation in Lauf, I went to the shop to complain… No apology, etc. "I'm the only one complaining about a €15,000 ski service." Can't anyone else ski? Never again will I have my skis serviced at that sports shop!

Always friendly, always helpful, and offering expert advice – that's what makes this shop stand out. As team manager of two football teams, I appreciate the expert advice when buying jerseys (they even offer samples to take home and try on) and the gift recommendations for various occasions: Christmas, end of season, etc. I always enjoy coming back.

I've always received excellent advice. I've always made a purchase. Prices are reasonable. There's a sufficient selection. Parking is right behind the building. What more could you want? ;-) I'd be happy to come back.

Excellent ski service. Customers brought their own ski boots, which were checked on the teenager in the shop to ensure they still fit. The bindings were adjusted after measuring their personal parameters. Good selection in other areas as well, from sports pants to swimming goggles. Friendly service in all departments.

Extremely incompetent; disinterested in customers; she stood chewing gum next to her colleague, chatting away instead of helping; I knew more about the product (I had previously bought the same product at Intersport in Ansbach – very knowledgeable staff there!) and was therefore able to help my partner more than the saleswoman! Neither of us will shop there again – I do not recommend this store!
