I ordered a jersey on December 12th and still haven't received a shipping confirmation (as of today, December 23rd), even though the website advertises delivery before Christmas for orders placed by December 18th. Furthermore, I've sent regular emails to inquire about the delivery status, but these have been completely ignored. All in all, I cannot recommend this store. To this day, I have no idea when, or even if, my jersey will be delivered. I would give zero stars if I could!

I ordered two jerseys. The delivery was quick, but one of the jerseys was clearly not new: no label, already unpacked, and yet I was charged full price. This is clearly visible in the photos. Very disappointing – I don't expect this from a new product. I hope customer service resolves the issue quickly.

I received the jersey after 13 days, even though they advertise delivery within 48 hours. I ordered it on November 19th, and after a week I emailed to inquire when it would finally be shipped. They didn't even reply to my email personally. A few hours after my email, the jersey was finally shipped, but I only received a generic email confirming that the package had been sent. DPD then took almost another week to deliver it. Today, December 2nd, the package—or rather, the plastic packaging containing the jersey—finally arrived, and of course, it was completely crumpled. For a €120 jersey, you'd expect it to be shipped in a proper box to avoid this kind of damage! The manufacturer of the jersey manages to do this when you order from them, and I won't be buying from them again in the future… This was my first and last order from "Sportiger"!!!
