A well-stocked bike shop! I come here now and then to buy something small or just browse. I've always received excellent advice, and all the staff (men and women) have always been very friendly and helpful. Yes, it's true that things are cheaper online... But online you don't get any personal advice or the chance to tinker with the bikes... 🤪 And personally, I don't think the prices are overpriced, especially since they often have sales.

The shop itself is well-stocked, but quite expensive, and the staff is unfortunately very unfriendly. Customers are often given the runaround and fobbed off, even those who have already bought their bikes there. Discounts are simply "forgotten." Very dissatisfied, unfortunately. A real shame.

Mr. Rabl himself is a rather unpleasant man to me personally. If you want an appointment, you wait over a month. Then you have to wait over a week for the repair. At Lechenbauer in Altomünster, which also has a very nice shop with good products, you get significantly more for your money. They even have a bicycle service booklet detailing everything that's been done, and they even regularly offer something free! Apparently, Rabl has enough customers and can afford to treat them like that. Better to go to Lechenbauer in Altomünster, where you feel absolutely in good hands.

If you're looking for a bike shop that doesn't care about its customers after the sale, this is the place for you. It took 1.5 years to resolve a complaint. Mr. Rabl neither returns calls (after over 10 attempts) nor responds to emails; the only way to speak to him is in person.

I had my e-bike serviced there last year. Now a part has broken. Mr. Würfel went to great lengths to get the replacement part, which wasn't easy. (That was Cube's fault.) I'm very satisfied with the customer service at Fahrrad Rabl. The team is competent and very friendly, even though I didn't buy my bike there. The price-performance ratio is also good. I can definitely recommend this specialist shop. Thanks again!

The children's bike repair went perfectly, even though the bike was purchased elsewhere. Excellent service; the tire I needed wasn't available in that size, but they easily and conveniently suggested an alternative over the phone. When we picked it up, we also decided to buy an ice cream scoop – such a practical combination of a bike shop and a household goods store!

My husband visited your store today – this is what he had to say: The bike sales I had a few years ago were excellent. I stopped by today spontaneously because I had a question about the shock absorbers. The reception was very unfriendly; I felt completely unwelcome and had the impression the woman just wanted to get rid of me. Thankfully, after about five minutes, the manager came to me. He explained everything, I bought a pump for €45, and everything is perfect now. You really need to work on your customer service at reception – because that's precisely why we bought our bikes from a local dealer in the first place. ☹️
