The ladies there are incredibly nice, and they give great advice. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I think the selection of goalkeeper gloves could be larger.

Top-notch advice! That's exactly how it should be. Thank you for your time and effort. I'll be happy to come back and recommend you!

Everyone is always very friendly, and if you're looking for something they don't have in stock, they'll make an effort to order it. You might find some items cheaper online, but you won't get the same level of advice. Complaints are also resolved quickly. We really enjoy shopping there.

Completely satisfied. I came in, briefly explained what I needed, received competent and friendly advice, was allowed to try out various items, and left 5 minutes later with exactly what I wanted without being pressured into buying overpriced goods. I'll gladly come back.

I really don't understand the two reviews about poor and overpriced service. That's how service should be. Competent and fairly priced, what more could you want? Buying skis or other things online and then complaining about the prices there is unacceptable. I enjoy going there and buy things there often. Highly recommended.

Ski tuning costs €25 for new, "foreign" skis. If you bring used skis that weren't purchased there, the price is €15. You feel like a second-class customer here if you bought your skis elsewhere for whatever reason. You really just wanted a service. I'd rather go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, it wasn't so great for me. When the woman adjusts her skis, she charges me €25, but then a friend and I come in a day later to have them adjusted, we each only pay €15?? I find it even stranger that my skis were adjusted here at the beginning of the year, but this time it wouldn't be technically possible. I just bought a new ski boot (frame binding) and haven't changed anything about the bindings or skis since the last time. I find it even funnier that I've already tried the skis and boots, but the boss here said he couldn't get the boot into the binding. Sorry, I have no understanding of that. I got my €15 back (not €25 like the woman was charged).

Very friendly service from all the staff, and you only pay for the days your children use the skis. Large selection.
