There should be more bike shops like this. I ordered a Stevens Arcalis there. Unfortunately, there were some delays with delivery, which is due to the current situation. I think I was one of their most annoying customers in a long time :) . Nevertheless, they were always there for me and made me feel very well taken care of. Thanks again to the whole team. Very friendly service. The price/performance ratio is truly excellent. The inspection and minor maintenance work were carried out on the same day, to a perfect standard. I can highly recommend this bike shop.

A bike shop like you rarely find these days! I ordered my bike and it was delivered quickly. And even after that, Mr. Weber was always there to help and advise, and even after the warranty had expired, he repaired a problem with the rear wheel free of charge! Fantastic! Thank you so much!!!

I'm the typical customer who needs something quickly because something's broken. But here, I've always received friendly and competent help. Daniel really knows his stuff, and you don't feel like you're just being ripped off; you get genuine help. I always enjoy coming back and will definitely buy my next bike there.

The new online booking option for a workshop appointment is fantastic. The service was quick and reliable, just like the last few times. Now even in larger and nicer premises :). Very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend them.

I called Friday evening to ask if I could come in Saturday morning to have the gears adjusted. That was no problem. On Saturday, I had the cassette, chainrings, and derailleur completely cleaned, along with two new shift cables and a new chain. They also mentioned that the cassette would need replacing, which will be done at my next appointment. They were incredibly friendly from the start, and the price was significantly below my expectations. I'm looking forward to my next appointment :) Thank you so much! ✌
