We've bought our third Woom children's bike from Fahrrad Zitzmann, and everything has been great. The service was very friendly and competent. Even when we needed to adjust the gears, it was done perfectly. A great place to buy a bike.

Unfriendly and dismissive, not even remotely customer-oriented or solution-oriented; I was simply left standing there, without a word. I expect something different from a master craftsman's business. I wouldn't call it the best bike shop in the region.

Picked up our new Cortatec today and I'm absolutely thrilled. The consultation deserves 100 points. As always, they were incredibly patient and thorough. The introduction and explanation of the new bike were equally thorough and patient when we picked it up today. They also get full marks. Everyone is always friendly and competent. I'll definitely be back.
