Although the price of the products was good, I am extremely dissatisfied with the order process, the service, and the delivery. I placed an order on November 6, 2024, but the products weren't delivered until over a month later—and even then, only partially. To this day, I am still waiting for the last part of my order. The delay was particularly frustrating because the order was intended as a gift, making the delivery date crucial. Unfortunately, I received no apology for the delay when I called to inquire. Initially, I was told that one of the products had a delivery time of 13–18 business days. However, this timeframe was significantly exceeded. Your email did mention that partial deliveries were possible. I requested a partial delivery via email on November 6, 2024, but never received a reply. In short, this was an extremely disappointing experience that fell far short of my expectations for your service. The reason for the delayed delivery was that one of the products had a delivery time of 13–18 business days. Update: After another phone call, the last product arrived on December 21st. It's a shame, though, because we had agreed on the phone that, as a small compensation for the error/mishandling, the small product would be included twice. Surprise: It only arrived once… A real disappointment!

The product description clearly stated that it would be shipped the next day. We ordered on Monday evening, but the product wasn't handed over to DHL until Wednesday. It's disappointing when you rely on that information.

Unfortunately, I have nothing but negative things to say about the after-sales service. Despite immediately returning an item, I had to wait a full three weeks for a refund. Only after I intervened via PayPal was it processed very quickly. What a pathetic way for the seller to operate! I will never order from them again!

I found a current model of golf bag online at the best price and ordered it. Payment was quick and easy thanks to PayPal. Delivery was prompt and within the stated timeframe. Simply excellent and highly recommended.

I bought a demo racket. Its condition was described as very good, which is true, so far so good. However, the fact that only the bare racket was delivered and the headcover (which is normally included) was missing was not mentioned. When I inquired about it, the response was simply: "It's a demo racket, that's how it is." I cannot confirm this. This is my second demo racket; the first one came with all the accessories (including the headcover). It seems they just want to get rid of the customer quickly.

After a week, I inquired about the status of my order. The answer was that it would be shipped the next day. My PayPal payment was debited two days later. The goods were then delivered three days after my inquiry. The goods were fine. However, this has nothing to do with the delivery estimate.

I placed an order, inquired after several days whether the package had been shipped, and was informed that the item was currently out of stock. I then waited another two weeks hoping the item would eventually arrive. Negative experience. One star because the cancellation was quick.

Avoid at all cost at least in international orders. Made my order 1.5 weeks ago with all products “ready for immediate shipping”. And I still haven’t even gotten the shipping information. Wrote 3 emails, which have been ignored completely. Called two times and got promised more info per email, never got a reply. Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. Since I don’t get any written replies I had to dispute the payment with my credit card company.

I can highly recommend the Golfshop.de team. I ordered a complete new set of TaylorMade SIM2 and a lot of extra equipment. The owner contacted me the same day and discussed my requirements, gave professional advise and arranged a smooth delivery to Bulgaria. Items were send out straight away and arrived a few days later. Great, personalized shopping experience !
