Arrogant, unfriendly, and uninterested in helping or making customers feel valued. A year ago, my partner was turned away by an employee because she didn't know the size of the inner tube she wanted to buy for a flat tire. When I went in to help, I was greeted by an unfriendly employee who showed little interest in understanding exactly what we needed as customers. Another time, I went in to have my mountain bike checked after the bike manufacturer had seemingly incorrectly assembled the bike. The employee showed little interest in finding the problem and turned me away, stating that they don't work on such brands (Santa Cruz). It turned out that a minor misalignment of the rear derailleur was causing the issue and was easily fixed—something any professional bike mechanic should be able to identify. It's a shame to have a bike shop with an unenthusiastic team.

We are extremely disappointed with 2radfabrik. We bought a cargo bike from them a year ago, and even during the purchase process, communication was incredibly frustrating. Constantly chasing them on the phone and simply ignoring emails. Months ago, the canopy broke, and we're still waiting for a replacement. No one contacts us proactively anymore. Emails go unanswered. We sent all the necessary information for our complaint, yet nothing has happened. They even suggested we file the complaint directly with the retailer, which is certainly not the customer's responsibility. It's an absolute disgrace how we were treated after purchasing a cargo bike worth €5400. I can only advise you to buy elsewhere.

I used to go to the competition around the corner for years before 2RadFabrik opened. There, I was driven away by their arrogance and poor service – and was delighted to experience the complete opposite at 2RadFabrik: friendly, competent, and cooperative. They even handle minor repairs quickly and free of charge.

A friend recommended this shop to me when I was looking for a new bike, and the advice was excellent. I found exactly what I was looking for. Even if something needs to be checked on the bike, they always manage to accommodate me, despite their busy schedule! My go-to bike shop. 👍

I recently visited this bike shop and was very impressed with the service and professionalism I received. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect bike for my needs. They took the time to answer all my questions and even offered to customize the bike on the spot. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase a new bike or needing expert service for their current bike. Five stars!

The first service on my wife's ebike was supposed to be free but then they charged her 55 euros for updating the software. I'm usually in favour of small bike shops over the big shops like decathlon but very disappointed with these guys.

Nice bicycles and good service when I bought a bicycle. For service there are long waiting times and orientation towards customers depends on staff you are served by. However, when I had the service appointment everything was done to ensure my bicycle is repaired successfully on the same day although my bicycle was a difficult case.

The service on my three-month-old bicycle was inadequate. After two visits, the brake was still defective, and I've been waiting in vain for a callback for a week. After the unsuccessful attempt to bleed the brake, I would have at least expected them to clean the oil off the handlebars... Unfortunately not. Another bike shop successfully repaired the brake for me within five minutes!
