Nice guy in the bike shop but no appointments until after Easter?! At least put it on your website to stop people spontaneously coming to the bike shop...second wasted trip after the first time it was unexpectedly closed. Will have to find another bike shop to use regularly

Review on behalf of my mother: This was my first time at the garage because of a flat tire. I was assured that I would get an appointment as soon as the tire was delivered and that I would be notified by phone. And that's exactly what happened. Great service and the price was right too! I was impressed by the friendliness and expertise of the customer service representative, Ms. Schmidbauer! I'm absolutely thrilled and will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

With the bicycle workshop, I didn't have a satisfied experience. The easy job was not properly well done, and it was a little bit overpriced, IMHO. If I come back, I will only buy parts and repair it on my own. Feel free to try them

Great Champs! Helped me out with a quick fix. While all garages didnt want to help me out on a short notice, they did. There was something leaking and they fixed a the leaking tube real quick, and didnt charge me for it. Gave them a little something for the guys.

I was looking for a shop to do a pretty big service for my Suzuki SV 650. Valves, carbs, fork etc. The guys at a24 were great- emails were answered promptly, provided estimate for the costs was more than fair (incl. price for the spare parts), job was done quickly and they were able to understand my poor german as well:) all around positive experience and some points to karma for supporting good cause. i will do HU there next year as well.
