I had my front wheel replaced here because I had a flat tire. The job was done quickly, but the dynamo was poorly connected, so it's now broken after only a short time. Very annoying!

I was looking for a specific Gazelle bike and came across this shop. I can highly recommend their service. One of the two shop owners (I forgot to ask his name, unfortunately) took a lot of time with me, and I felt I received good advice.

I was looking for a compact bike with a Pinion MGU gearbox in the Munich area using i:sy's dealer search. "Aktiv-Rad" was among the bikes that came up. We had already visited other dealers, but nowhere did we receive such friendly and competent advice as from the owner, Mr. Poege. He not only took a lot of time to provide initial information over the phone, but also during our visit on a Saturday afternoon. He was also the only dealer who ordered dog baskets from i:sy and other companies for us to try out without any obligation to buy one. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend this relatively small, friendly, and very customer-oriented bike shop. Here, the customer truly comes first and receives comprehensive advice without any time pressure. Many thanks, Mr. Poege! 👍🙋🏼‍♂️

I can't help but give a five-star review. I contacted this bike shop because my Gazelle had a flat tire. They immediately offered me the option of dropping it off for repair that same day. I also asked if a general inspection was possible. I completely understood that this wasn't something they could do quickly. However, they immediately offered that I could also bring my bike in for inspection the following week. Just one day after dropping it off, I received a text message informing me that my bike was repaired and ready for pickup. After initially missing the opening hours (my mistake), I was only able to pick it up today. To my surprise, they kindly carried out the service at the same time, repairing any defects I had already noticed. I can honestly say that my bike has never been in such good condition. Furthermore, the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, which is something I have rarely experienced. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop (just as friends had recommended it to me before). I will definitely be using their services again.

Excellent service; my bike was ready within 30 minutes, and I arrived on short notice. It's worth noting, however, that it was a warranty issue and the bike was only two months old. 5/5

Best bike shop in the neighborhood. And the competition is fierce. We've been shopping here for six years. During that time, we've purchased three high-quality e-bikes and tons of accessories (two of the e-bikes are in the attached picture) and have had over 20,000 km serviced. The owners are highly competent, incredibly helpful, and never short of creative solutions. The selection of city bikes is manageable but extremely well-thought-out. The owners want (and obviously have) happy, regular customers, not just quick cash. That's rare these days, which is why it deserves special mention. Oh, and they have 🦄 bells. They're incredibly cute. We are and will remain regular customers!

A fantastic bike shop with even better service. I've been there three times now and have always received a super friendly welcome, and my bike has always been in perfect working order afterwards! The prices are more than fair, and everything is always done quickly. So, a definite recommendation if you need a new bike, your own is broken, or you need a service.

We bought my bike from Aktiv-Rad a few years ago and now also ordered a new one for my husband. The advice is excellent, the owners take their time and cater to individual needs. The service when I bring my bike in for service is always excellent. We're always happy to come back. :-)

I didn't buy my old bike from Aktiv-Rad, unfortunately, but I did take it there for repairs. The service was excellent, everything was perfect. Even when I picked it up, they offered to stay open later if I couldn't make it during opening hours due to work. I'll definitely buy my new bike there. It's a small, family-run shop with a personal touch and expert advice. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and my bike was ready after just two days.
