in general, the attitude is acceptable, but the consultant in a cap and with a beard behaved boorishly ugly. the rest of the staff are welcoming and friendly. but I didn’t want to buy a bike

very bad service lot of new problems after. they just forgot half of the things they should do . before you give your bike make the preis fix ( changes from one day to the other ) AND make fotos before from every side of the bike .(parts could be missing after ) they just do not konw much about custmer service !!!!! and from the technical side very very bad you could pay up to 30% more because it takes longer to fix the problem and why because of they are very slowly TAKE CARE THX

We're talking about a very inexpensive cargo bike purchased online, which we assembled and repaired, including removing the customer's defects. We took the liberty of removing the protective covers from the axles. These covers are there to protect the axles from damage during shipping. We gave you back about 10 of these covers, as we were discarding them. Regarding the numerous problems with the bike, I can only refer you to the seller's website.

Very good service and quality. This is my go-to guy to get my bike repaired. When my pedals were to be changed, it turned out that the crank had to be renewed as well. instead of ordering a new 100€ part they were able to source a crank for 30€ on the same day.

AVOID!!! Don’t go there unless you want to spoil your day and ruin your health. They’re rude and incompetent. I got my bike there and was refused to get a warranty (I asked for it and was rudely informed “no warranties”) and then the back tyre broke down after just two rides! When I went there no-one wanted to attend me, the woman working there first told me to repair it myself saying she was busy (the shop was empty). I had to ask her 3 times (!) to help me, when she finally did came out, it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing. She asked me to come back in a couple of days. I was charged 30€ for the repair. When I complained I bought this bike only a few days ago, she yelled at me “I didn’t ride this bike” and “you took it, you broke it!”. I work with people myself and I left the shop completely disgusted by the way they’re treating their customers. It’s up to you guys if you want to support businesses ran by this kind of people but they’re much better bike services in Schwabing, more affordabable, with better customer service and those that give you warranties even for second-hand bikes, overall, HONEST.

Woeful! If you enjoy burning money, this is just the place. Absolute rip-off for bike repairs.

Had my gf bring my bike to them for a new back tire. When picking up the bike, I forgot the slip and had to confirm my gf's name to receive my bike. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not everyone working there spoke English, but any basic level of German/English would be enough to get the job done.

I bought my bike here. They are quite friendly, but the shop is small and there aren't enough people to help when they're busy.
