I brought my mountain bike for a full check-up at BenYou Bikes. They provide fast and excellent service, and the team is very professional and friendly. They also speak English, which makes things much easier if your German isn’t great. Highly recommended! 🚴♂️

Very happy with the job by BenYou Bikes. I was having trouble finding mudguards for a 27.5 Rose bike and they did a perfect job assessing the situation and found a solution that looks clean and will be durable. Thank you. Can highly recommend

Was there to have my own disk break mounted on my wheel. No material except the mounting screws required. 15€ for the job (5-10min.) seemed reasonable and was agreed. I was surprised that I was charged an additional 12€ for the screws (2€ per screw) in the end. A price of 27€ is not reasonable for me. Otherwise I can not say anything bad or good about the store. Well, it is clean and friendly atmosphere. But above experience has made sure: will not go there again …

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the pricing. The assembly fee of €15 was charged as agreed. The brake disc screws were charged separately because you did not bring them yourself, and we provided them as new parts. After their repair service my bike has been like brand new again. They even accepted me outside of their regular hours as I couldn't make it to any of their open slots. So sweet! On top, prices are fair - good price-performance ratio. Will go again if I need something.

We went there spontaneously 5 mins before the store closed. They were really nice, friendly and attentive! My son got the bike that he wanted. He’s really happy! Worth going there and check it out if you need a good second hand bike!

People always say "support your local bike shop" but a lot of times the local bike shop has horrible customer service and just want to get rush to get your money. BenYou bikes makes me believe in supporting my local bike shop again! The service is incredible, they genuinely care about their customers and make sure they have the tools to enjoy their time on the bike. If you're searching for a bike shop in Munich, do yourself a favor and head over to BenYou! 5 ⭐️

I've been searching for a good bike for a while, going through several shops without finding one that fits well. When I walked into BenYou Bikes, Younes took one look at me and instantly knew what I needed. He mentioned a bike in the back that he thought would be perfect for me. And it was! It fit perfectly, and after a short trial ride, I fell in love with it and the store as well. The staff was incredibly nice and patient, offering wonderful advice and tips. The prices are great, and I really appreciate their second-hand philosophy. Even though it’s pre-owned, the bike is so well cared for that it feels brand new. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this shop!

Very detailed and customer-oriented service. We had quite some complications wirh my bike but everything was openly communicated and aligned, what next steps we would take and the costs where very transparent. Well done job!
