I bought ice hockey sticks for the whole family. Bittl, Decathlon, and the like don't have anything? Then you absolutely have to come here. Great store that has everything for field and ice hockey.

I went to the store 3 days ago and bought sports clothes for the child, on which I had their names written, it was scheduled for 12 o'clock today Friday and I had to pay for the printing immediately, so I paid for the 3 products and of course left them there! At 12:13 there is no one anywhere and they do not answer the phone!! At 12:15 the owner arrives and tells me that it is not ready because he will only do it now! The child is at school in the middle of the city! We agreed on the time in advance because we are traveling! Frivolous and completely disappointing! We will never come here again!!!

Dear Mr. Szabolcs,<br><br>I have already apologized several times for the delay in completing your order. Unexpected things can happen to us too, and that's what happened this time. If we're not in the shop, we obviously can't answer the phone.<br><br>And yes, personalized textiles must be paid for in advance. Unfortunately, we've had customers order items and then fail to pick them up. Personalized items are no longer resalable for us.<br><br>You ordered the printing on Tuesday afternoon, and we squeezed it in because you were in such a hurry, completing it by Friday noon. Petra Humbert's shop is a fantastic place. Top-notch advice, even for ice hockey. Definitely the number one in Munich and the surrounding area. A huge selection. And best of all: They can actually sharpen skates there. Young skaters only have them sharpened by her, because she really knows what she's doing and puts in the utmost effort. And she's been doing it for years. She can also advise on sharpening. And very few people can do that. We are and will remain regular customers. Thank you for your commitment, also to ice hockey.

Maybe okay for field hockey, but a complete failure for real ice hockey. It's just about adequate for kids and beginners, but anyone at least in the state league should look elsewhere...

Hello Mr. Hofmann, thank you for the review. It's not our goal to be a point of contact for the higher leagues at the moment; we simply can't manage that with our retail space. However, we do have many satisfied customers from the recreational sports and beginner segment.<br>And also many customers who enjoy coming back for grinding. Perhaps you might want to reconsider the star rating in light of this...

A great shop! Excellent advice and a good selection of products/brands in stock. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We were looking for a large hockey bag, found it, and are very happy :)

Excellent advice for hockey! Especially for beginners, it's a great place to start, as everything is explained and you can even try out different sticks on site. We feel very well taken care of and will definitely be back.

Fantastic specialist shop with excellent advice and great service! As hockey novices, we found everything we needed for our son. We'll definitely be back! 👍🏻 There's also parking available in front of the shop.

Being from Canada, was nice to see wide selection of products and the expertise the staff have on the sport. The opportunity to try sticks in their shooting gallery is unique for us. Highly recommend checking it out.
