Super skilled, friendly and helpful! I’ve had my biked serviced at Bici Bavarese service centre several times and picked it up like it were new. I’ve also been here to get some things fixed at my bike several times, without an appointment and always found help. Thanks for being so approachable and helpful and helping keep the cycling community in Munich up and about 💪🚴‍♀️

I had just arrived at the workshop after a bicycle accident (collision with a car) and was greeted unfriendly by the receptionist. I was told that my bike would be deprioritized compared to bikes purchased in the shop, that repairs would take at least four weeks, and that a quick inspection of the damage would cost around €100. I then went to another workshop, where I was first asked if I was okay after the accident...

I took my bike to the repair shop yesterday and I'm very satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My bike was repaired in one evening; I would highly recommend them.

A top-notch garage that's flexible enough to fix a flat tire on short notice. The repair was rather expensive, but the staff were very friendly and competent.

If I had a road bike or gravel bike, this would be my first choice from today onwards. They don't routinely repair my bike there, but they still gave me a quick "jump start" so I could at least ride it to another workshop. Very friendly staff! :)

The incredibly friendly and perpetually oil-stained, yet trustworthy, head bicycle mechanic Johnny, or his capable colleagues, are quick to offer help and advice. Provided you heed the sign asking you to knock before entering the workshop, a friendly, grinning face will always appear, happy to address the concerns and problems of cyclists. Both new and used parts are used, depending on your wishes and the type of bicycle, or as agreed upon beforehand.

Excellent workshop with fair prices and fast service. Also a very nice shop (road bikes, gravel bikes) and café in the front building. Note: the workshop closes earlier than the shop.
