I only went to this bike shop once, because I wanted to inquire about child bike seats. First, I had to wait until an employee attended to me. Then I was told that they don't sell child bike seats – apparently, the owner decided this for liability reasons. I then went to another bike shop that does offer child bike seats.

Routine maintenance check on my city bike was satisfactory and in line with cost estimate. Overall, wouldn’t go back due to underwhelming customer service by (rude) front desk.

Unfortunately the ratings before are exactly what I experienced. Until you pay they’re very nice but after that they start to lie and be rude. Forgot the service agreed, first said only ebikes, then they said a random price. Luckily the bike is perfect that I bought, but no warranty. Shop not recommended.
