This place was the easiest bike store Ive ever been. The workers speak English and are very quick, easy and fast also friendly staff got my bike fixed within one hour and could collect it on the same day no appointment needed.

I needed an urgent back tire exchange and out of convenience chose this shop. I was told to come back in an hour, which I did and my bike wasn't even touched. Staff was very impatient and told me to come back in 30 minutes. The whole tire, inside and out, had been changed and I was charged 60€. Within days, I noticed my gears weren't working the same and day by day, it got worse. Now the bike is super hard and is probably damaged. I refuse to bring it back and be played some more, so I need to take my business elsewhere (which I'm sure, from seeing their answers to reviews, is what they will threaten me to do)!

Fix prices depending on your head, propose cheap solutions and increase the price at the pickup time (From 30€ proposed to 50€ when pickup). Cheap solutions not always working, THEY DO NOT GARANTEE THE REPAIR!! I came back 3 days after because of another problem that happened due to the first one and they wanted me to pay more. They even increased the first given price to another price while talking (50€ for changing inner tube and tire in the first place, then he changed it to 59€). I wanted to help you because the bike was already with us.<br>But you didn't seem to understand that your rear tire was very bad.!<br><br>You won't get a warranty anywhere because of the flat.!<br><br>So we don't need customers like that who lack patience or understanding.<br>You'd better go somewhere else.!<br><br>If you're not satisfied with the price or the bike or parts are in poor condition, you'll lose a star.<br>But that's not our fault...!!<br><br>So don't come to us again. Amazing service point, checked everything up, replaced everything as agreed, even fixed my mistake that I did when I was assembling stuff on my own

Staff is very efficient, honest, friendly and speak English. My bike needed a general revision (the tires were always flat, the lights were not working etc). They fixed everything on the same day for a fair price. I highly recommend and will certainly go back when I need assistance again.

Fast and good bike repair. I couldn't find a place to fix my bike asap because all the places were booked for months. And here I could get it fixed in two hours and for a good price. The staff is friendly and helpful and they speak English. Highly recommend!

Excellent and quick service. Dropped bike of in the morning to correct read well true and it was finished by lunch time. Good price and also checked components on rear to make sure everything was legit. Nice people.
