The guy working there was extremely rude to me. He didn’t offer to help me, nor would he even look me in the eye when I spoke to him. He just handed me what I was looking for and completely ignored me, even though there weren’t any other customers.

It's a shame you didn't understand me.<br><br>I wanted to give you a trouser guard ring from my collection.<br><br>I make a living from repairs and am fully booked for the next two weeks.<br><br>Even when there are no customers, I'm under time pressure.<br><br>Unfortunately, you can pick up this item from me as a gift.<br><br>Please come by if you have the patience to choose it from my collection.<br><br>I understand that a delivery driver has to save money.

I do not recommend you at all if you are a foreigner, you will be treated very badly.

Great repair! Unfortunately only one person at the moment so has too many bikes to repair which means no time to communicate with the customer if necessary. Customer service could therefore be improved if more employees in the shop.

I didn't know how to repair my bike and I was struggling to fix it. Finally, the shop owner saw my misery and helped me to fix it though it was Saturday afternoon and he was in a hurry to close the shop. One thing if you don't know about repairing the bike take an appointment with the shop owner and he will fix it.

Great people and super knowledgeable! Knows bikes better than others places. Even gave me a free water bottle.

I went there for a small problem with my gears and the owner helped me straight away and didn't even want to get paid! Awesome service!!! 😊

I was there to get a new tire and tube for my rear wheel. He told me he can do it on saturday i said ok, but later he decided that I should remove the wheel and give it to him and take the rest of the bike with me since he doesnt have space and so he will not keep it which made 0 sense since without rear wheel I would have to carry the bike for like 3 kms. I left the bike somewhere nearby. Next day I went back to him to get the wheel and asked him if he can put it back as i had initially told him, he basically gave me a wrench and went away. At the end when I paid there was labour included in the bill. What I dont understand is why didn't he put the wheel in and helped me put the brakes in place after putting the wheel in since I was willing to pay for and also willing to adapt to his schedule but he was really rude. P.S. He is relatively expensive too.
